The Audio People is honestly one of the coolest spots for you to purchase audio gear in Vietnam. You can tell right away that everything here is chosen with real passion. Prepare for Flight

A grey wall was constructed, a door was placed. A triangular space that’s a cafe and an audio store emerged quietly amidst the flashing LED signs and clutter of Sim Lim Square in Singapore. The lights came on, the coffee started brewing, and people stayed to talk, to listen to earphones, headphones. It was a queer beginning, but we loved it. It was our oasis.

The Zepp Story

We planted our flag as the first audio cafe in Singapore when the retail landscape was a crater, dry and dead. Ten Years, Two Countries

Big things don’t happen overnight. It starts from something small— A seedling of idea to open in Ho Chi Minh during a weekend getaway in 2023, probably over phở . Like bringing an object to focus manually through the lens, what was a blur eventually materialised into our second store. “Ten Years, Two Countries” was what we always wanted.

Are you a cafe or an audio store?

We started with Zeppelin & Co., in Singapore, an audio store that’s also a cafe where Audio.Coffee.People. sit in one triangular space. A decade later, we distilled our brand into the essence of our work: The Audio People, a pure audio store that focuses on helping customers select the best audio gear for their music.

TAP is strategically launched in Ho Chi Minh — where great coffee is everywhere so we can be the audio specialists and leave our daily cup to the experts.

We would love to, but we chose to respect brand policies. There are certain brands that restrict sales to Vietnam only, hence we’ve locked our website to keep it domestic. However, you may contact our store Zeppelin & Co. in Singapore at +65 93379655. Depending on the brand, we will be able to provide the next steps.

Warranty coverage depends on the brand or distributor policy. Standard warranty coverage typically ranges between one to two years. All manufacturing defects are covered and all wear and tear or misuse is excluded from policy.

Examples of inclusions due to manufacturing defects:
1. One side of your earphone / headphone stops working. Item otherwise in good condition.
2. Bluetooth stopped working.
3. Battery stopped charging.

Examples of exclusions due to user-induced defect:
1. Pet chewed on my cable.
2. Cable got caught in door, I pulled, and it broke.
3. Dropped non-IPX rated item in water

Due to our reputation over the years, we have gotten into direct partnerships with the brand manufacturers themselves for many brands. Of course, we work with direct official distributors as well for a small number of brands. So rest assured, sit back, and enjoy the products at your disposal.

It’s about living better, hearing better. You can always enjoy a cup of coffee without going all the way to roast your own beans. You might not be able to describe its flavour, but we are certain you will know, if you like it more or less. What we’re saying is that it doesn’t have to be instant coffee 3-in-one sachets either. Respect our ears, protect our hearing — Because good sound reduces stress, bad sound is just noise and causes stress.
