THE AUDIO PEOPLE SPACE

House Rules
Welcome on board The Audio People! It’s going to be amazing and here’s how to keep it that way:
60MINS AUDITION TIME
To ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for everyone, most demo sessions at TAP are limited to 60 minutes due to space constraints and to help us properly care for and maintain our equipment. This way, guests who’ve set aside time to visit can enjoy the space comfortably—and you won’t find yourself waiting outside either.
We also kindly ask that you avoid repeatedly testing items you’ve already spent time with, so others may have the chance to explore equally.
LIMIT ON CHARGING PERSONAL DEVICES, PLEASE.
As power outlets at TAP are limited and need to be prioritized for charging our demo equipment, we kindly ask for your understanding as we are mostly unable to accomodate the charging of personal devices.
TREAT OUR EQUIPMENT RIGHT
Please consult the crew if necessary. We’d be happy if you bought something you like, not pay for something you’ve damaged.
Do also note that measuring (sonic frequency response, not dimensions) of our equipment is strictly NOT allowed unless approval is granted clearly in writing by the brand(s). Please inform the crew ahead of your visit if such permission has been granted so equipment can be made available at a suitable time.
TALKING VOLUME
We’re not librarians and you won’t have to whisper, but we’ve had groups who got carried away, talking loudly and disturbing the other customers. We don’t enjoy such reminders, and love for everyone to have a chill and relaxed experience. So please be mindful of your volume when chatting.
TREAT OUR CREW RIGHT.
We take this seriously. Our crew gives their best everyday, and we truly appreciate your respect and kindness. Any disrespect or abuse to the crew will not be tolerated. Thank you for helping to keep TAP a welcoming and wonderful space for everyone.
- The Crew reserves the right to deny service if house rules are ignored repeatedly.
