The Crew is the heart of Zepp and we are looking for an extra pair of hands on deck, to seamlessly strengthen our team and operations. We work hard to play hard so our work remains fulfilling and efficient to continue our year on year growth. Our expanding range now spans from wireless earbuds to desktop tube amplifiers as we aim to offer breadth and depth to our customers and community. Job Description

One position is open for the front of house—You will be talking and selling audio while juggling barista duties, 5 days a week. You hold easy conversations with good sensitivity, and enjoy selling audio products. You are good at keeping a retail space presentable and inviting, and have emotional stability and maturity for a professional growth. If you believe in transformative retail, join us on the sales floor where the heart of our business is. Every member of our current crew started all from understanding the customers and products, and may gain a secondary role in business development over time in their respective areas of strength. This role is now open for applicants from 11th of Dec 2024 till the 31st of Dec 2024. Thank you.

Skills

Anyone may apply [Singaporeans, PRs and *Foreigners are eligible] but we prioritise these basic qualities. (Not in order of preference).

1. Qualification(s): Diploma or higher.
2. Amicable personality for teamwork and enjoy delivering good customer
service for a 5-star shopping experience in audio.
3. Knowledge in portable audio (to make better recommendations) – This
is not a pre-requisite. Training can be provided.
4. Experience in retail sales – Good to have, but not a pre-requisite.
5. Able to work weekends (you get Monday + another weekday off)
6. Great social sensibilities and energy to engage with customers effortlessly.
7. Emotional stability and maturity for professional growth.

BONUS SKILLS: (irrelevant if basic qualities are not met)
1. Familiarity or adept at Excel (VBA added bonus)
2. Knowledge in desktop DACs & amplifiers
3. Adobe/Canva/Lightroom skills
4. Photography / Videography
5. Social media content creation (reels, long-form videos)
6. Coding / good with systems
7. Background in music
