I. PAYMENT POLICY

Customers can choose one of the following two payment methods:

1. Payment At The Store

Pay directly at our store. Credit card payment is available at the store.
The Value Added Tax (VAT) invoice will be issued immediately upon completion of the transaction (in accordance with current legal regulations).

2. Bank Transfer Payment

You can transfer money via our company’s bank account details:

Note: After making the payment, please keep the transaction receipt/screenshot. The company will not be responsible for any errors during the transfer process or transfers made with incorrect information. In case of any errors, please work directly with your bank for resolution.

II. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

Currently, to ensure the optimal and most complete sound quality experience for our products, we apply the in-store sales and direct pick-up method.

Customers are kindly requested to come directly to The Audio People store at the address: 90 Nguyen Phi Khanh, Tan Dinh Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.

Here, our team of specialists will advise, support you in technical checking, and allow you to experience the product before receiving it.

All products upon delivery are guaranteed to be sealed, with full accessories, and accompanied by documentation including the Invoice and official Warranty Card (as per manufacturer regulations and Vietnamese law).
